今回スペースを提供している側の私たちへ、英国政府の皆さまからこの貴重な体験にご招待頂き有難くご参加させて頂きました！
イギリスってお料理が美味しいイメージが正直、中々ないと思います。
それが口コミなのか、実際に行って感じたのかは分かりませんが、、
今回は、まさにそのイギリス食の美味しさをより多くの日人々へ実際に食べて・飲んでもらって感じ・知って頂く為のイベントなのです。
We got a invitation from Defra for the experience event at LINE-UP STORE today.
I don't know why but the image of "British foods" is not so good for Japanese people so long time.
This event is exactly for changing the image by Defra.
到着した時には既に美味しそうなお料理、ドリンクがご用意されていました！
左から全てイギリス産のスパークリングワインとサーモン、
白味噌付ポークとジントニック、ターメリックライスとフィレ肉にハイボールとなります。
カクテルで使用されるソーダやトニックウォーターも、もちろん拘りに拘ったイギリス産のものです＾＾
When we arrive to LINE-UP STORE, the foods and drinks are ready perfectly.
Looks very delicious all.
From the left, Salmon for sparkling , Pork for Gin tonic and Beef for scotch whisky.
Every foods and drinks were perfect actually!!
全てのお料理・ドリンクは一つ一つ丁寧に、岡田隆一郎氏にご説明頂き全て美味しく頂きました ！

ちなみに、私は今回のイベントでのイチオシはBRUICHLADDICH（ブルックラディック）というアイラウィスキーでした！
ボトルのデザインも凄く可愛いのですが、何よりも味が美味しかったです。
アイラウィスキーは特徴のある少しキツイ味で有名なのですが、こちらは滑らかで上品の味わいのあるウイスキーでした。
BRUICHLADDICHはスコットランドの希少な職人によって厳選された蒸留所で作られている大変貴重なウィスキーだそうです。
凄く美味しかったので、ウィスキー好きの方は是非！御賞味あれ！
My favorite one was this Scotch Whisky named BRUICHLADDICH.
The design of the bottle is also very cute, but the taste was more delicious than anything else.
Ira whiskey is famous for its peat flavor, but it was a smooth and elegant whiskey.
This is a very valuable whiskey that is made by a rare Scottish craftsman in a carefully selected distillery.
It was so delicious that if you like whiskey you should try this someday for sure !!
会場内には、スピリッツの各原料の香りを一つ一つ楽しめるコーナーもありました！
バニラやチョコレート、洋梨やグレープフルーツなどの香りがありました^^
There was a place where you can enjoy the scent of each ingredient of the spirits one by one.

他のお客様たちも大変楽しんで頂いておりました！
寂しくなりますが、とうとう明日が最終日となります。
All customers were having fun with their food and drinks!
Finally tomorrow will be the final day.
